In another sign that ObamaCare is indeed having its intended effect, the number of uninsured Americans fell by 3.8 million in the first quarter of the year, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The percentage of Americans lacking insurance dropped from 14.4 percent last year to 13.1 percent through the first three months of 2014. That meant there were about 41 million Americans still lacking insurance as of April.
